Omni Hotel At The Battery Atlanta Smyrna, Smyrna

I had a mixed experience at the Omni Hotel at the Battery. While the location is unbeatable for Braves games and the rooms can be lovely, my stay was marred by service issues and cleanliness concerns. The staff wasn’t as helpful as I hoped, and I encountered bugs in my room. On the positive side, the hotel is modern and offers a great view of the stadium, along with spacious rooms that have lots of amenities.

The staff went above and beyond to make our special occasion memorable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. However, the room left a bit to be desired, as the amenities were not quite up to the standard I expected for the price.

The lighting was way too dim, making it tough for my wife to do her makeup, and we had issues with the coffee maker that were rather disappointing. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, but I had some issues with housekeeping and the overall service.
